Can art convey art?

Through the exhibition with colored pencils

Workshop with Clara Kramer & Marisa Müller

Can art convey art? How can we approach exhibitions and artworks artistically? In this workshop, Clara Kramer, curatorial assistant at the Gallery of Künstler:innenhaus Bremen and Marisa Müller, educator, invite participants to creatively engage with the exhibition You do not leave traces of your presence, just of your acts by artist and filmmaker Gernot Wieland. Equipped with colored pencils, we will move through the exhibition, playfully exploring and questioning Wieland’s new film as well as works by Carla Åhlander, Jeroen Jacobs, Lisa Robertson and Maxwell Stephens, which are also on view. What associations do these works evoke? What different discoveries, individual approaches and conclusions can be found?
In the second half of the workshop, we will develop individual picture stories – taking up a theme from the exhibition – and then realize them in the form of self-made folded booklets.
