As part of the exhibition In der Wiederholung beginnen wir, children will explore the technique of gel printing together with artist Elfin Açar. Using colors, plants, textures, and various materials, they will create experimental prints in which each layer reveals new shapes and traces. Through play, they will explore the possibilities of printmaking and develop their own visual worlds.

Elfin Açar is a visual artist who expresses personal stories through abstract forms with a geometric approach. Born and raised in Izmir, she draws inspiration for her work from the intersections between memory and place—particularly how these shape our emotions and identities. Her artistic journey, shaped by her exploration of identity, nature, and space as a female artist, is just as transformative as the new forms she creates.
