The aim of SIDE/WALKS is to discuss the question of the possibilities of artistic interventions for/in public (urban) space. Conceptual ideas are used to present approaches to artistic production whose understanding of context relates less to the formal-aesthetic and more to the social, political and historical levels of meaning in the construction of public space.

The project SIDE/ WALKS was realized as a concept exhibition in the Künstlerhaus Bremen and as inserts in the TAZ Bremen.
