Guest Residency 2011: Inka Nowoitnick

The artist was born in Berlin and studied fine art at the HBK Braunschweig under Karl Möllers and Arwed D. Gorella (diploma/master student). She has received several scholarships, such as a travel grant from the Eduard Bargheer Foundation, Hamburg, for a 3-month stay in Perugiá, Italy, in 1997. Her more recent exhibitions and projects include various stays in Cairo, research and practical work on the current project “From Occident to Orient” in 2015/16. Her works have already been shown in various solo and group exhibitions. Her works can also be found in public collections (Deutsche Bank Collection; Eduard Bargheer Foundation Collection).
